Charming flat situated on the ground floor in the Verdemar building, in the centre of the town , very close to the beach, with terrace and only a few minutes from the Balcón de Europa.
The flat has a cozy and bright living-dining room with table and 2 chairs plus a 2-seater sofa, as well as TV with Spanish and foreign channels, air conditioning and free WiFi. South facing terrace by the communal pool with beautiful views of the sea and the communal gardens.
The south facing terrace is equipped with 1 table and 2 chairs to enjoy the views and the sun.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, complete kitchenware and crockery.
The bedroom has two single beds, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. It also has a spacious bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, here is where the washing machine is located

Right by the beach, easy to check in and a short walk to all the main restaurants and bars. Would recommend for a weeks stay.

Our ground floor apartment for the two of us was perfect with a patio at the front to relax in the sun for most of the day with access straight to the great sized pool. The apartment felt soo fresh and had everything we needed, in a perfect location and a lovely atmosphere. Would love to stay again when we return
Just keep doing what you do soo well. Everything went smoothly with our booking from the Start to the end of our great holiday
