Very spacious 2 bedroom townhouse in quiet and central location, near to the Hotel Parador. It shares a really nice garden and pool with the few other houses in the complex. It is a 5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Balcon de Europa. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large lounge/dining room, 3 terraces throughout the property with sea, pool and mountain views. Ideal for families or couples.
There are numerous restaurants , bars, a supermarket and bakery within a few minutes walk to suit every budget. The house sits right between the beautiful old streets of the town and the wonderful Burriana Beach.

Have stayed in this property many times now - its location is perfect, quiet yet within easy walking distance of both Burriana beach and the town centre and the bus station. We will be back next year

Had a great stay at Paul’s house, house was clean and in a great location with the bars and restaurants just a short walk away.We have stayed in Nerja before so we know the area quite well, would stay at Paul’s place again.

Beautiful little townhouse with a lot of space to relax and three different terraces. The interior is very clean and modern and it's close to the beach as well as the old city. It was a pleasure to share the pool with the neighbours. We also appreciated that it had sunchairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Can highly recommend this place.
