About this apartment rental
Completely modernised apartment in first line of the Carabeillo Beach, fully air conditioned, with wonderful views to the sea and just a few minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa. It has a brand new, open plan kitchen, 2 shower rooms and new floors throughout. The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tableware and crockery, a spacious and bright living-room with table and four chairs in addition to a 3 seater sofa and an armchair, as well as TV with Spanish and non Spanish channels. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 shower rooms. From the living room and the master bedroom there is a large South facing terrace and very nice views to the sea as well as to urbanization and its gardens and swimming pool. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi to its customers. Around there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

Fantastic view from the balcony. Perfect layout of the apartment. Comfy sofa. Good location within walking distance to centre of Nerja and beaches. Agency office nearby.
Front door was not insulated sufficiently against draft. Twin bedroom window also lacked insulation against draft which resulted in us catching colds. Beds were on the hard side. Internet download was slow. It was very difficult to park our car. Unfortunately there was building site noise and strong smell of tar in whole apartment despite closed windows due to poor insulation as mentioned above.

This is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in . It had wonderful sea views, very comfortable, had everything you need. It was in a great location , near the balcony area and beside the beach . The agent was also great , very easy to deal with and provided excellent instructions on everything.

We had a great almost 2 week stay here in July. Apartment is exactly like the photos, everything you need - lots of kitchen utensils, smart TV (easy to log into your own netflix etc). Bedrooms were a good size, beds comfy. The apartment block very well maintained, the pool was lovely (it is deep 1.4m shallowest end) which my kids loved. The pool was never too busy. Location was fab - less than a 5 min walk to a variety of beaches, lots of places to eat - everything was less than a 20 min walk. Bigger supermarkets about 15 mins walk - everything was walkable which was ideal for us. Would highly recommend.
