What a beautiful, clean, silent, air-conditioned and comfortable apartment with basic equipment and always warm water. Distance to beach and cornershop (Mercadona) is great.

The pool boy from the last night brought a bad taste to an otherwise lovely atmosphere. He was too busy with his job, and hushed us away from the pool 10min before the closing time. It could have been done politely, instead of saying "FINISHED" aggressively to the child and starting pouring detergent to the pool.

Nice and spacious in an excellent location. Great pool area

Could do with a slight upgrade

Getting in to the property ! Problems finding it, building signs so small, couldn't find office, lack of communication , but all good eventually

Location was excellent, easy walk into the old town of Nerja or in the other direction down to Burriana beach. Living room was spacious. Lovely pool area for anyone going later in the year and public areas clean and pleasant.

Apartment rather tired and not that well equipped: no hairdryer, very old French coffee maker that we didn't want to use, no jug for the filter coffee maker, only two eggs cups for an apartment that sleeps four, the first morning only sufficient hot water for one person to shower (we discovered that the hot water tank was set at below eco!). Lots of large spoons but not many teaspoons and only 4 mismatched knives.( there were some steak knives but more standard knives would have been useful). There were two electric convector heaters, one didn't work and the other one was stored under the aircon unit which dripped water over it so we didn't try that one! Fortunately the reverse aircon and oil filled radiator worked enough to warm the apartment up which as it was east facing and got very little direct sun was necessary. All in all a disappointing apartment which I would not go back to.
