Location and the balcony were outstanding. The balcony has a superb view down to the beach, overlooking Mirador del Bendito and sun until 6 in the evening. Facing mostly west. Cooler weather than usual but it was cozy inside. (Jan). The heat lamp in the bathroom was a real treat! Steps down to Playa Carabeillo and up to the apartment ( lift optional) meant we got lots of exercise every day! They do respond to requests but only during business hours, Monday to Friday

Can’t get wifi in the bedroom with the door closed. ( an issue when trying to do private calls) The key situation, Not only do you have to pick up the key at a different location, but because the door does not lock without a key you have to drop it off at a different location when you leave. Seems like an unnecessary additional stress when packing up and leaving. Changing the doorknob for 100€ would be a no brainer to make it easier for your guests. I didn’t like the two single beds but that was how it was advertised so my choice,

Excellent location, afternoon sun on the balcony, great ocean view. Comfortable apartment.

Key collection was not good as you have to go to a hotel on the other side of town from the apartment to collect them. It would be far easier if there was a lock box or if someone could meet at the apartment on arrival. Thankfully, you can leave the keys in the apartment on departure.
