it was of of the worst experience that we had in our life , we were a group of 3 families with kids , as we arrived a women from the company villa for you welcome us she didn't understand English and just speak in Germany and when she knew that we are a group from Israel she started to show racism and speak a random bad words. after this she left and a few hours later a group of drunk people appears suddenly walking freely in the house we didn't knew that there's people staying with us in the house .all the kids start to cry and we didn't fell safe to stay in the house so we try to contact with agent from villa for you company and she didn't answer , also booking.com agent was unable to contact with the company villa for you so we diecded to leave the house and rent a hotel for our journey in Austria .
