Good for the money, excellent location near to the slopes/cableway, we were generally satisfied.

Perfect location, just 100m to the cableway - ski-to-the-door. Parking place under a roof just in front of the house. Competely furnished kitchen, nice balcony, heated ski- and boot-room in the basement, skibus next to the house (if needed), quiet place, but not far from the slopes and the city center.

Mountain view partly hidden by the house next to the ours (appt in the first floor). Not very comfy beds, but for a couple of days useable. Quite some dust/dirt on the cupboards and under the beds. No contact with the houselord, no reception (just the guy from the pizzeria in the same house, who was very helpful). A little "cold" interior (no decoration, no spirit) + many warnings and threats of fines for too much smoke in the kitchen, late departure (after 9,30) etc. - it doesn't help to feel like at home...

Great stay during mtb UCI World Cup

Clean accommodation, with everything we needed to cook and sleep for a few days over the UCI World Cup. Great bike storage facilities and a bonus of tools workshop, air compressor and cleaning stations too. Bus stops right outside the property.

In term of location to Leogang- public transport isn’t very good. Bus train and bus with 30/45min connections . Was easier to ride over the top with joker card or ride around the road. But that’s nothing on the property fault!

Lower station of the ropeway a few steps away, also the city center easily accessible.

The noise insulation of the rooms is not very efficient, if the neighbours speak a little bit louder, it is quite disturbing.

so bad hotel not clean at all has dirty floor and beds as well the staff was rude and mean came in the room without permission and yelling at us multiple times said so much things and insulted us for being arab and kept saying to go home (kicking us out) because of a small mistake we make it up for him. also did not refund the security insurance for 7 days which was so high for a hotel like this also has a bar in the ground floor which is not a choice for families 👎🏻

The rooms were not very clean, dishes also had some dirty spots. Did not meet any staff. A bit pricy for what you get.

A good base for a couple for a week who are hybrid working and skiing

Location is at the bottom of the Zwolferkogel lift which is a good lift to get you to the whole mountain range. We could ski directly to the residence. Good size of main bedroom with lots of storage space. Excellent ability to control the central heating with individual radiators. Good shower. Huge balconies with lovely views. Ski and boot room is easy to access but you’ll need to buy or hire a specific lock. Easy to check in and out, good comms from the company.

We felt there could have been a bit more kitchen equipment such as some oven dishes, basic supplies and some cleaning stuff like a dustpan and brush. There isn’t a lot of space for food preparation. This would be a snug apartment for 4 people.

Fully and well equiped room, balcony with good view of mountains, pleasant restaurant downstairs, close to lifts. Pets allowed and included in price.

Size- 25 m2 has to be calculated with balcony and bathroom together. The room itself is about 16 m2. Quite small.

Het appartement was eenvoudig maar zeer compleet, schoon en ondanks de naastgelegen apres ski niet rumoerig. Zeer dichtbij de skilift en makkelijk te benaderen personeel ondanks dat alles online afgehandeld wordt.
