Nahe an der Gondel und beim Ort. Bäcker umd Eck. Eigener Parkplatz. Großer Balkon, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Eigener Bikeraum. Mülltrennung.

Goed gelegen proper appartement, winkels restaurants skilift allemaal op wandelafstand.

De locatie is heel centraal gelegen, we hadden op voorhand een mail gekregen met een code en uitleg ivm de de sleutels en inchecken. Ook voor het vertrek was er een overzichtelijke handleiding gemaild.

We zijn hier in Augustus geweest, het was gedurende de dag redelijk druk door de vele wandelaars en fietsers maar niet storend. Vermoedelijk is dit gedurende de wintermaanden iets storender door de Apresski.

Świetna lokalizacja blisko wyciągu. Obiekt dla aktywnych zarówno latem jak i zimą. Obiekt właściwy dla miłośników rowerów. Jest gdzie je bezpiecznie przechować, dokonać drobnych napraw i umyć po świetnych single trackach. Jest gdzie wyprać i wysuszyć ubrania. Apartament (nr 14) z fajnym balkonem, 3 sypialniami, 2 łazienkami (wanna i prysznic), dwoma toaletami, pokojem dziennym oraz dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym, m.in. zmywarka, płyta, piekarnik, mikrofalówka oraz lodówka z zamrażalnikiem. W obiekcie winda, blisko do przystanku. Dużo bezpłatnych atrakcji w ramach joker card.

Brak kanapy / narożnika w pokoju dziennym, ale to drobna niedogodność 🙂, niektórym może brakować zamykanych szaf czy szuflad.

Comfortabel appartement op een toplocatie.

Lekker ruim appartement met twee kamers en groot balkon. De locatie is top, om de hoek van de lift en vlakbij het centrum met leuke restaurantjes en een supermarkt. Ook bij het appartement zit een restaurant, met een terras waar je wat kunt eten en drinken. Er werken aardige mensen die ons goed hielpen en altijd klaar stonden.

Toen we aankwamen, rook het een beetje muf maar dat was snel verholpen door de ramen tegen elkaar open te zetten.

Schöner e-bike Urlaub

Tolle Lage, netter Betreuer (durch angeschlossenes Restaurant ist meistens wer da), sehr modern, sehr sauber, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler mit tabs. Fahrradabstellräume groß und abgesperrt mit genügend Möglichkeiten e-bikes aufzuladen und abzusperren.

Einrichtung spartanisch. Kleiderschränke haben keine echten Fächer und keine Türen.

Great stay during mtb UCI World Cup

Clean accommodation, with everything we needed to cook and sleep for a few days over the UCI World Cup. Great bike storage facilities and a bonus of tools workshop, air compressor and cleaning stations too. Bus stops right outside the property.

In term of location to Leogang- public transport isn’t very good. Bus train and bus with 30/45min connections . Was easier to ride over the top with joker card or ride around the road. But that’s nothing on the property fault!

Lower station of the ropeway a few steps away, also the city center easily accessible.

The noise insulation of the rooms is not very efficient, if the neighbours speak a little bit louder, it is quite disturbing.

so bad hotel not clean at all has dirty floor and beds as well the staff was rude and mean came in the room without permission and yelling at us multiple times said so much things and insulted us for being arab and kept saying to go home (kicking us out) because of a small mistake we make it up for him. also did not refund the security insurance for 7 days which was so high for a hotel like this also has a bar in the ground floor which is not a choice for families 👎🏻

A good base for a couple for a week who are hybrid working and skiing

Location is at the bottom of the Zwolferkogel lift which is a good lift to get you to the whole mountain range. We could ski directly to the residence. Good size of main bedroom with lots of storage space. Excellent ability to control the central heating with individual radiators. Good shower. Huge balconies with lovely views. Ski and boot room is easy to access but you’ll need to buy or hire a specific lock. Easy to check in and out, good comms from the company.

We felt there could have been a bit more kitchen equipment such as some oven dishes, basic supplies and some cleaning stuff like a dustpan and brush. There isn’t a lot of space for food preparation. This would be a snug apartment for 4 people.

Fully and well equiped room, balcony with good view of mountains, pleasant restaurant downstairs, close to lifts. Pets allowed and included in price.

Size- 25 m2 has to be calculated with balcony and bathroom together. The room itself is about 16 m2. Quite small.
