Location was approx 20 minutes walk from centre of Torremolinos. Private patio area was great.

The double bed was very comfortable indeed and it was also very useful that various toiletries had been left, to save having to dash out and buy them.

Unfortunately, we had planned to spend afternoons at the house but there isn't any sun in the back patio from around midday, (we did stay in January), so that was disappointing. The heating doesn't work particularly well, so it was rather cold at night especially. The pool was unusable as it was dirty and unheated. The house is a bit of a walk from Torremolinos town centre and the beaches which wasn't an issue for us as we enjoy walking but may not suit everyone. The rooms are also much smaller than shown in the photos. A key safe would have been far easier to gain access to the house rather than a meet and greet with a lot of [unnecessary paper signing - a short term tenancy agreement] and the handing over of cash by way of a deposit. The host also arrives on the morning of departure to check the property over and return the deposit, which at 5.30 am isn't an ideal start to the day. He was however very helpful in printing off our boarding passes.
