On the ground level, the first bedroom features a king-size bed set between two mirrored side tables. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a spa-like step-in shower. Down the hallway lies the laundry room that includes two high-efficiency washers and two dryers. Outside on the covered lanai, an outdoor living area has comfy furnishings and a mounted HDTV. There’s also a full-size outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. The crystal clear dip pool is ideal for cooling off after a hot day at the beach.

Up the staircase are four chic bedroom suites. The first suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, an ocean-view balcony, and an HDTV. In the spacious ensuite bathroom, a double vanity, freestanding tub, and step-in shower sit on gleaming slabs of Carrera marble. Down the hall, a cozy bunk room features three twin-over-twin-size built-in bunks (six beds total). The next bedroom has a queen over queen bunkbed and an HDTV. The final bedroom includes a comfy king-size bed, HDTV, and doors leading out to a private, sun-kissed balcony.

Up one more level are the open living and dining area, with soaring vaulted ceilings and crisp white shiplap. A slipcovered sectional sofa and armchair face the mounted HDTV and create an elegant yet completely relaxed space to kick back with a great movie in the evening. Nearby, the formal, farmhouse-style dining table has seating for eight and is illuminated by a unique, artistic chandelier. Outside through the glass doors is a covered balcony with a bird’s eye view of the neighborhood. A spiral staircase leads up to the sun-drenched, top-floor lookout with gorgeous ocean views.

In the kitchen, bright white cabinets and countertops create a clean and efficient space to brew the coffee or flip some fresh banana pancakes in the morning. Premier appliances include a Wolf gas range and vent hood, a Sub-Zero glass door refrigerator, Wolf Microwave and two Cove dishwashers. Your crew will love to gather around the spacious island while nibbling on appetizers or sipping happy hour cocktails before dinner.
