To the host of the place

Perfect location very clean

people who was living in the first floor was disrespectful. I noticed the smell of smoke cannabis coming out of the room wich is unacceptable, listen to loud music until very late at night, and talk on the phone loudlyand and shouting and when they leave the house, every time they slamp and bang on the doors loudly. I hope the owner will take the necessary action with them and I'm happy to provide videos showing how bad

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

The host did communicate promptly.

An absolutely disgusting and unsafe place. I stayed an hour before booking somewhere else. All it needed was some used syringes lying around. The steep stairs to the bedroom had no handrail, everything was filthy, light switches loose, dismal dirty walls, the bedding looked 'suspect' at best. I could go on. The people that give this place a positive review should be ignored!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE AND BOOKING.COM SHOULD REMOVE IT FROM THEIR SITE!!

Average but convenient for my needs.

I understood I was paying for the downstairs property but this was not the case. The upside of upstairs was pretty much as others have mentioned: comfortable bed, good bath, and basic kitchen facilities.

The owner. I arrived in -2 degree weather straight from a long flight and had to stand outside and get my daughter to call him to speak to him in French in order to get the code for the keys. He shouted at her. It would have been much better if he’d been there and greeted us and warmed the place up like other owners have. In addition, the flat looks half-built - see photos.

Начался заезд с того, что при входе в дом оказалось, что хозяин живет на первом этаже, а второй сдает! Дикая вонь марихуанны и все вытекающие последствия! В описании к правилам жилья указано, ни каких вечеринок! Конечно ни каких, ведь из устраивает сам хозяин, мы не спали всю ночь, слушали крики хозяина и его компании под звуки бьющегося стекла и посуды по всей видимости. Ребенок плакал и не спал всю ночь, так как боялся криков и всего происходящего в доме. Мы соответственно тоже не могли уснуть, так как абсолютно не чувствовали себя в безопасности , слыша, что там происходит понимали что в любой момент они могут подняться и к нам. Так же в доме очень очень холодно, мы лежали в кроватях в одежде, там стоят электронные обогреватели, но они работают по 5 минут , а потом отключаются! И включаются только принудительно, автоматического механизма в них нет. В ванной купаться нормально не возможно , вся вода вытекает на пол крайне быстро. Пришлось все полотенца кинуть на пол, да бы не упасть. А на утро хозяин сказал , это был не я , я всю ночь в клубе танцевал. На вопрос - «кто же это был?!» он отвечал - « не знаю»( ехидно улыбаясь при этом). Не кому не рекомендую оставаться тут, мы оплатили 2-ве ночи, находились одну, по утру сразу покинули данный дом.
