Quiet studio between train stations and the Opera.

Good location and a surprisingly comfy murphy bed (no mattress protector though)

The smell of drains greets you, general grubbiness & broken items. The owner hasn't paid attention to the reviews. The laminate floor was unwashed & the stained rug was not vacuumed. There was a small sharp piece of metal on the rug. The bathroom needs attention, the toilet in need of a good scrub. Disappointed, as clearly it was once a nice apartment & doesn't represent the photos anymore.
