Close proximity to family. The furnishing and overall feeling was very quaint.
There was a train that ran adjacent to the property. Being a light sleeper, a longer stay might have become an issue as the train passed every hour through the night. For this trip, however, it was short and the reason left us somewhat tired each night because of the circumstances we were able to tolerate it.
Additionally, we noticed that the furniture set up could be rearranged for better flow. For instance, the dining table was located at the front of the house instead of adjacent to the kitchen and the couch was across from the kitchen. Just a simple move would make things look more fluent.

It was clean, spacious, and updated. the location was perfect! it had everything we needed to cook, and wash clothes which we did since we had a long stay.

It was the perfect size and across the street from a wonderful restaurant. It looked amazing and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had our favorite snack, pop corn. The area around the house felt safe because the police station is a few buildings down.
I really can't think of anything that we did not like about the little house in Brighton. Everyone we met from walking on the sidewalk, to the restaurant, to the small store a few doors down were very nice. It was wonderful!
