Though this is a studio suite, the plush sofa, access to the private balcony, and full kitchen will give you more than enough room to spread out and feel comfortable. When days heat up, you will have no lack of activities right at your fingertips with the shared beach access right below. Not to mention, the free WiFi and TV will be just the ticket for sharing favorite memories on social media or streaming favorite movies as the stars come out!
Perched in the heart of all the action in Daytona Beach, this condo will be the perfect jumping-off point for any activity in the area. The beach is obviously mere steps away, yet a plethora of restaurants, shops, and more are within walking distance as well. When you want to venture out a bit, make your way to one of the local golf courses for a round of 18 or visit the famous Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum just six miles down the coast.

Ongoing construction, possible noise from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, possible elevator closures and water shut off at buildings discretion.
Building will leave notes in lobby and elevators when anything will effect inside the units. Please note: there is continued construction on the balconies at this time.
The pool is under construction and closed until further notice.
Netflix & HBO streaming available - guest accounts required to access.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was a nice studio style condo. I know we would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't under construction. It would have been nice to have known this up front. The pool was out of order, you could not access the beach from the area due to the construction. The parking was limited as well. The roof work would start up about 7:30am!! Other than all of that. we managed to enjoy the clean, comfortable unit.

My b/f and I came up for Biketoberfest and had such an amazing stay!! We were able to make meals and relax at the end of our days. The room had everything you could ask for with an amazing view.

The room was excellent, stayed there before. Upon arrival a sign on the door - No Balcony Access. We rented because its on the 6th floor, loved the high top furniture and the balcony is private. The problem was not the room, but the building. The storm damage a few years ago still not done, the pool is empty, area around the pool is a mess and no access to the beach from building except side street. They had been cutting the walls on the balcony, the furniture - dirty. Fortunately, we could open the balcony door, wiped off the furniture, and we used it. The workers worked on other parts of the building during the day we used balcony morning and evening. the room next to us has their balcony door secured shut from the outside and had no access. I called Vacasa, they said they did not know. But the office in the building said they knew for 6 months. I understand the owner of the unit and Vacasa want to rent the unit, but the owner of the building is the problem. Its been years now, and they have done all but nothing. Then on July 3rd, the construction company came to us and said we had to take furniture off the balcony. No way was I going to bring that furniture inside. Then on July 4th, and Sat & Sun they did not work. We will not stay in this building again. I am glad I don't a unit in this building. but now, I see this room is re-listed, different heading and different pics, so this review is probably a waste of my time.
