About this apartment rental
POOL IS CLOSED! Balcony is closed for construction Aug-Sept. Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp directly on the North side of the building.

Situated just 2.1 miles from the vibrant Main Street and Pier, and 5.8 miles from Daytona International Speedway, our condo offers a tranquil base with proximity to all the local attractions. Challenge your mates to pirate-themed mini-golf right across the street or explore the area with a convenient Uber ride or a rented golf cart.

Comfort and Style: Sleep like a captain in a king-sized bed or opt for the fold-out futon sofa. The décor strikes a balance between nautical charm and contemporary comfort.
Entertainment Galore: Enjoy a new 50" smart Fire TV with HBO and cable, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of board games. Beach accessories are also provided for seaside fun.
Galley (Kitchenette): Equipped with a fridge, microwave, portable cooktop burner, and all the necessary pots and pans. Dine like pirates with dishes and silverware, including wine glasses for your grog.
Condo Amenities
Ocean-front Pool: (Note: currently closed for maintenance). Relax and soak up the sun by the pool overlooking the ocean.
Parking: 1 parking pass included, perfect for those traveling by car (note: no oversized or trailer parking).

While the building is south of Daytona’s action zone, offering a quieter atmosphere, you're never too far from the party. After a night out, return to the peace and serenity of your pirate haven.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21
- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
- Checkout: all we ask is take out the trash and wash any dishes you used. That's it!

Love that it was ocean front,close to the beach.Whis that the pool was done ,but I guess they have to wait there turn.Room had all the things for a short get away. House keeping could pay a little more attention to the shower, and the ac vents ,but we had a good time and that's all that matters.

We were looking for a quick, inexpensive getaway to the beach for Memorial Day weekend and found this to be a great option. I did not realize the extent of the damage Daytona Beach suffered during last hurricane season. However, currently, there are no stairs leading to the beach from this resort, so we ended up driving on the beach, as we had too much to carry down ourselves. Additionally, the pool was closed, but we were there for the beach, so it wasn't a problem. Our hosts informed us of this before we arrived. The location was great and the beach was beautiful.

Although the property is old and needs upgrading, it is in a good location for beach lovers. This was not our intent, because we were there four days for business. There were no on-site laundry facilities. Cleanliness was superficial (I fault the cleaners not the owners) and if you want to cook meals, it is quite challenging with little prep space, small sink and a one-burner hot plate. Bring your own pillows if you want comfort; also you might want to bring your own sheets. The studio is cleverly decorated, but not arranged to see the TV, since the couch is far from the TV; must watch TV in bed. Regardless of these inconveniences, the location is great with access to the beach.
