About this apartment rental
Just pack a bag and travel to this delightful Daytona Beach Shores property with breath-taking views. This lovely studio oasis is conveniently located off of Dunlawton Ave. Our location is close to many of the amazing activities and restaurants in Daytona and in Ponce Inlet. We offer private balcony with a beautiful patio table and chair set (temporarily closed - see below). All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including shades and blackout curtains and just over an hour to the theme parks. Can accommodate up to 2-4 guests. 1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout couch / 1 full bath
***Before inquiring, you must accept our Policies below:
- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (21) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No trailer parking
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Renter(s) are liable for any damage to the unit
*** READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH: The pool area is currently not available for use, we are hopeful by June/July it will be fully up and running.
Other repairs are on-going and the listing will be updated as these projects are completed and ready for use. Please follow all notices around the property since many items are being worked on.
***Our balcony is temporarily closed due to Milestone repairs. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if you did not read the entire listing before booking.***
The price of a nightly stay is a reflection of this work and inconveniences.

We had a great time. Beach chairs and umbrella was an extra bonus!!! The kitchenette was very well stocked. It was absolutely perfect and we will visit again!

Everything was great . I will use this again after all of the construction is finished. Hostess was always there when we needed to ask a question. I didn't take any pictures. Usually I do but this was a much needed get away

A good price for location. Difficult to get to beach access. Please buy better pillows
