Perched right in the heart of all the action of Daytona Beach, this oceanfront studio will be the perfect jumping-off point for any activity! While the beach is mere steps away, you'll also find several restaurants, shops, and more within walking distance. Navigate down the Intercoastal or explore Spruce Creek Preserve to see dolphins, manatees, alligators, turtles, and more, just seven miles away. And if you want to venture out a bit farther, go to one of the local golf courses for a round of 18, or visit the famous Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse and Museum just six miles down the coast.
Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, stove, oven, and microwave to prepare small meals or reheat yesterday's leftovers. Dine at the table or sit out and admire the view on your furnished balcony. This vacation rental also features a TV to stream your favorite shows and movies.

Ongoing construction, possible noise from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, possible elevator closures and water shut off at buildings discretion.
Building will leave notes in lobby and elevators when anything will effect inside the units.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
The pool is closed for construction until further notice.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I truly enjoyed the room, there was a little issue with the futon opening up completely, and the right side door to the closet is not on track. The bathroom tile on the bottom needs to be scrubs with bleach. But other than that I truly enjoyed the room I like that it was the end unit closest to the elevator. It was quiet at night during the daytime you could hear people working above due to the hurricane. I wish they would have had Wi-Fi I would have stayed my second night. But due to the hurricane it caused a little bit of an inconvenience. But definitely would rerent this room if all of these issues were fixed

The view was the best part of this place. The wi-fi tv was the worst part, would not stay connected, continuously paused during tv or movies. Pool and access to the beach was great!

I was a little disappointed in the fact that they didn’t offer like coffee or creamers for like a little breakfast bar. And in the bathroom shower, there is an open socket for a light. There was also no pool and no hot tub available.
