It was very clean and super easy access to the beach
The pool wasn’t ready but that was probably already outlined

Room itself was nicely renovated and well stocked other than toilet paper and no bar soap provided for shower. Bed was fairly comfortable and tv very large. Room was immaculately clean.
Outside the building was very run down and currently lots of construction going on. Area was safe- enjoyed a great brunch at nearby cafe- The Cracked Egg.
We appreciated the beach bag, towels, chairs and umbrella.

Ocean front view is great.
Dan was a great and immediate help when our wifi was down. He resolved it fast on site.
Building is under repair and a little tired. Access to beach was the entrance ramp for automobiles.
