Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #603 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 6th floor of the Breakers East on the beach.
Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Second bedroom has two queen size beds. 55 inch smart TV.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Check-in:4 pm central time
Checkout:10 am central time
Ask about our early check-in and grocery delivery/setup options (additional fees apply).

It was an absolutely perfect week!This condo is amazing !!! It is just as beautiful in person as the pictures onlineAll 4 adults in our family lives the condo and are planning on coming back next year!!! It is so close to the beach and has the best patio of any condo we have stayed in. Our favorite part was breakfast every morning on the porch! The communication from the ow er was great! I highly recommend for you to stay here if coming to Destin!!!We had the best vacation!

Wow! Words cannot describe how awesome of a vacation in Destin we had and it started with this fabulous condo on the beach! It exceeded our expectations! It looks just like the pictures shown! It’s fresh, light and airy with an amazing extra long balcony with an amazing view from the master bedroom! I loved waking up everyday and opening the drapes to that view! The bed was so comfy too! The condo is so spacious and lives large and my daughters loved the 2nd bedroom with two queen size beds with access to the 2nd bathroom! The kitchen is stocked with any and all utensils and pans, dishes, etc. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! I would highly recommend it and we look forward to hopefully staying again one day!

be careful of Cabana stealers on the beach. some people DO NOT respect others and think they are entitled to act any way they wish. lady literally removed our towels/stuff and threw on the beach because we went to breakfast and she wanted to use the cabana now.
