Enjoy a piece of paradise! Breakers East #1205 is a Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 12th floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular views.
Master bedroom suite features king size bed.
Master bathroom with bathtub/shower combo & single vanity.
Second bedroom features 2 queen beds and cable TV.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination with single vanity.
Living room has TV with cable.
Fully equipped kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Check-in:4 pm central time
Checkout:10 am central time

Breakers East is the perfect place to stay for those wanting to be in Destin, but with a few less people. Our unit was spacious, comfortable beds and a beautiful view!

Loved this place! Spacious and clean. Great view. Complementary chairs and umbrella for beach. Not to mention the under garage carport parking that gave easy walk to leave for adventures! I can’t rave enough about this place. Wasn’t over crowded at beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing view!!Loved that there was enough furniture in living space & on balcony for everyone to sit.Enjoyed the complementary beach umbrella & chairs.The extra beach towels were helpful.Pool area was very nice.Under building parking spot was great!
