About this apartment rental
Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views.
Complimentary WIFI. Master bedroom king size bed; cable TV; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and single vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination and single vanity. Living room has cable TV; blackout drapes. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances. coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Separate freestanding ice machine; Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Check-in:4 pm central time
Checkout:10 am central time

We walked in, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, as well as the bathroom. It was clean, and had everything that we needed except laundry detergent, and I brought my own. The location was perfect, and close to restaurants, and grocery stores as well. Our only negative comment is that you have to let the hot water run for a few minutes before it ever gets warm, and there’s low water pressure, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. We would definitely stay there again!

I have been staying at Breakers East since 1990 at which time I was two years old. I am now taking my own little family! We stayed in unit 403 for year and years. It was a wonderful experience to stay there again! Very clean, well kept, and everything went super smoothly! LOVE Breakers East! Worth the money, it’s the only way to do Destin! Highly recommend!!
