About this apartment rental
Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #902 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 9th floor, directly on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Second bedroom has two full sizes beds. Living room has 60 inch TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped; Full size washer and dryer in unit.
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Check-in:4 pm central time
Checkout:10 am central time

This condo was very well positioned for easy access to dinning and fun. Beach access was perfect and well maintained. The condo itself was fine, but could use a bit of minor maintenance and could have been cleaned A LOT better. Overall it was sufficient and I'd come back again.

Have stayed at Breakers East multiple times - love the location and the service has always been great.

Everything was up to par except for the AC and the master bed. We had to close all the vents to make whatever room we were in cold while also running two fans.
AC ran the entire time trying to get to 70 degrees. Condo only reach 70 degrees at early morning hours after running all night. Ac needs to be replaced
Condo location was excellent, staff was amazing and security was a plus. Would stay here again in a different condo. Overall the property was pleasant. Beach was not over crowded.
