About this apartment rental
Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 1202 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 12 th floor of the Breakers East building.
Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom- king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bedroom-(2)queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; living room-queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; separate freestanding ice machine; full size washer & dryer in the condo. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates includes beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Check-in:4 pm central time
Checkout:10 am central time

Perfect location close to everything, big balcony and with beautiful view. The condo was very nice and spacious. Kitchen is great but we only cooked one breakfast. Only short stay so we ate out most of meals. Our family of three loved it! My only complain is the primary bedroom, the bed is way too soft for us. The first night my husband ended up sleeping on the couch and the rest sharing the room with our son. If you like soft mattress is fine. Carolyn was super responsive! Highly recommend to anyone heading to Destin.

Very beautiful property with amazing views! Waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. The property was exactly as described. We love to cook dinner, so the kitchen being equipped with everything needed was a plus. Communication from the host was top tier! Beach staff were helpful & friendly as well! I highly recommend this property!

Everything was perfect only downfall was with the maintenance of the building we had no water for 2 days which was a quite frustrating when you have 7 people and a 12 hour drive with no shower in a couple days.
