Great night in a very cozy apartment with great view.

I really liked the view on the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, elevator available. Nice, clean and very cozy studio with a charming terrace facing the sea. Very thorough explanation on how to obtain the keys and to enter the property + building.

Very close to Monaco!

The owner send a video how to access the property. It was very clear and free parking were available. The apartment was not on the ground floor, but it had a lift that made it easy to carry to luggage to the apartment.

It was a fold-out bed and not very comfortable for two people. The parking area were very steep and you need a good handbrake and skills to park your car. The apartment had a bath tub, but it had to plug.

- sofa bed was a bit sinking to the middle - no wifi (is indicated) - signal of the network doesn't reach inward

Disappointing

The view and the parking possibility.

We got not any closed chest, no garderobe and other possibilities to place our clothes even it was promised us when i got in contact with the renter before expiry of cancellation period. The freezer was dirty and after a long trip first i also had to clean the fridge inside before i put my food into it. Also i cleaned knifes, forks and other cooking utilities before using. The matress of the sofa bed was no more plain and not comfortable. There was a decent smell of cigarette smoke in the room. T shirts we placed on the grey fauteuils (as we didn't have a chest) took this smell after some time.

Pas très propre, assez loin du centre ville , et literie assez moyenne, assez juste pour un couple, faudrait lit plus large style 160 sur 190, frigo pas propre, congélateur pas propre, dommage car il y a du potentiel

Ne mérite absolument pas ce prix - savoir faire du ménage à apprendre

Place de stationnement gratuite Wifi même s’il a fallu que je cherche sur la box les codes ( un petit mot sur la table ne mangerait pas de pain ) La très vue sur la mer qui justifie ma note sinon elle aurait été plus basse

L’hôte n’a pas répondu à mes très nombreux appels sur téléphone, sur Whatsapp ainsi qu’à l’interphone lors de mon arrivée. J’ai dû attendre 15min avant qu’une dame n’arrive pour pouvoir rentrer et heureusement. Logement très sale (j’ai dû dormir sur le lit de par la présence de nombreux poils sur le drap - egalement dans le salle de bain ), il faisait chaud à l’intérieur ( la Clim aurait pu être allumée ), nourriture oubliée dans le frigo. Linge de toilette très bas de gamme et qui sent mauvais

Un magnifique emplacement sur les hauteurs de la ville

Le grand plus : Une vue magnifique dans une résidence au calme et sécurisée Deux dosettes de café et thé pour le matin très appréciable Galère pour ouvrir la boite à clés mais propriétaire joignable facilement Une baignoire qui a perdu son émail mais malgré tout propre. Le matelas du lit inconfortable

Séjour presque parfait mais il reste sûrement des améliorations à apporter.

Vue splendide, terrasse ensolleillée, studio très agréable doté d'un parking indispensable dans ce secteur si vous .y venez en voiture et d'un ascenceur pour accéder à l'étage.

Vidéo explicative des procédures d'entrée exclusivement sur whats-app... Pensez à ceux qui ne l'on pas . Pourquoi ne pas donner ces indications par SMS au moins la veille du séjour . Réparer ou changer la "boite à clefs" très difficile à ouvrir ne serait pas un luxe comme également un petit chauffage dans la salle de bain les mois d'hiver. Sommier électrique très bien mais avec un meilleur matelas serait encore mieux .

Literie déplorable. On pouvait compter les ressors. Il a fallu dormir la tête aux pieds pour les sentir un peu moins. Nuit blanche.
