Fantastico Atico Duplex en Marbella

De ruimte en de mooie terrassen.

Het uitzicht op 5 bouw kranen. Er werd flink gebouwd. De stank in een van de badkamers. De koffiemachine was kapot. Vele lichten deden het niet. We konden geen gebruik maken van het zwembad. De host zou de sleutel brengen maar in verband met een noodgeval kon uit niet komen. Zijn broer zou de sleutel de volgende dag brengen maar kwam ook niet opdagen. We hebben er niets meer van gehoord. Het was een hele teleurstelling dat we de hele vakantie daardoor geen gebruik konden maken van het mooie zwembad. We hadden verkeerd adres en verkeerde telefoonnummers.

La résidence est agréable, propre et calme. La piscine avec des transats disponibles à toutes heures. La terrasse du 1er niveau est très spacieuse. Top ! pour les dîner en famille. Le Aldi à proximité est à environ 6 minutes en voiture. Hôte disponible si besoin.

La voiture est indispensable. Certains matériels sont en pannes ou cassés. Le ménage superficiel effectué à notre arrivée. La vue sur les chantiers de construction. Bien que, les nuisances sonores sont minimes fenêtres fermées.

Benjamin who was in charge of check-in was a very good host. Good comms and very helpful. The apartment was pristine. It is a large space - easily enough for 6 people with two fabulous terraces. Aircon in the bedrooms and downstairs. Private garaged parking just opposite the apartment. fully equipped kitchen. Safe and secure complex. Excellent communal salt water swimming pool on site.

As others have mentioned... you definitely need a car if staying here as its a long walk to anywhere really. Marbella is also not the best part of the Costa Del Sol (in my opinion).... Apparently mosquitos are a problem due to location but I kept the doors and windows closed at night and had no particular issues...

Everything was wonderful. Apartment was clean, with beautiful view. The owner is very friendly and nice. Our family spend very nice holiday here.
