Excellent beachfront apartment for a family with two small children. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped and also the most important thing for me is the private parking. The owner is very nice and friendly. Beautiful view from the balcony, only 100 meters away from the beach, all in all this was a great choice. I totally recommend.

Le fait que le courant saute souvent on apel le propriétaire il.nous dit ces normal il faut verifier le disjoncteur à chaque fois Donc en faite je paye 7nuit à plus de 1100euro Et le courant saute souvent est ces normal Des prise de courant qui ne fonctionne pas De la moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain Interrupteur qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre Dans le couloir . Des mur salle dans la chambres Les peintures qui craque au plafond du salon Et dans la chambre

Gefährlich für Erholung und Gesundheit
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe diese Wohnung für 7 Nächte vom 16.07.2025 bis zum 23.07.2025 gebucht, basierend auf den Fotos der Unterkunft. Nach einer langen Reise erhielt ich am 16. Juli 2025 die Schlüssel und kam um 19:00 Uhr mit meiner Familie in der Wohnung an. Wären wir früher angekommen, hätten wir nicht einmal eine Nacht unter solch schrecklichen Bedingungen verbringen müssen. Am 17.07.2025 um 11:00 Uhr sind wir aus dieser Wohnung ausgezogen. Grund: Die Wohnung ist nicht gereinigt; schmutzige und schäbige Wände; schmutzige Bettwäsche; Schimmel an den Wänden im Badezimmer; Betten in schlechtem Zustand (sehr abgenutzt) und beängstigend zum Schlafen; ein Etagenbett für Kinder steht in einem Raum von etwa 3 Quadratmetern (dieser Raum ähnelt einem Abstellraum); keine Schränke zur Aufbewahrung von Gegenständen; Fehlen eines Mindestgeschirrsatzes; Küchenfett an den Schaltern; eine dicke Staubschicht auf der Dunstabzugshaube; Steckdosen hängen an Kabeln (das ist lebensgefährlich). Die Missachtung grundlegender Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften in diesen Wohnungen trägt nicht zur Erholung bei und ist gesundheitsschädlich. Ich habe die Unterkunft schriftlich kontaktiert und um die Bereitstellung anderer Wohnungen oder die Rückerstattung des Geldes gebeten. Ich habe eine Absage bekommen. Ich habe eine Beschwerde an den Kundendienst geschickt und warte auf eine Antwort.

Alles schmutzig,altes Bett wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert da es einfach unter meinem Mann zusammen gesagt ist. Den Vermieter war es egal,kein Interesse irgendwie zu helfen. Keine Kaffeetassen, Waschmaschine schleudert nicht Wäsche nach dem angeblichen waschen schmutzig wie zuvor. Kaputte und verschimmelte wände. Wenn man sich den Urlaub ruinieren möchte dann ist das definitiv die richtige Wahl.

Siguran parking ,dobra lokacija!
Smestaj je neuredan ,nije nas docekalo nista cisto. U kupatilu ima plesni po plocicama . Nije bilo sredstava za higijenu. Vlasnici nedostupni i nezainteresovani za saradnju! Za pare koje smo platili jako losa ponuda! Ne vredi trositi novce i vreme za ovakav objekat! Do sada najgore iskustvo!
