Very much just used as a base to sleep, but seemed lovely and would have been ideal for a mini break

Overall it was great, the location wasn't ideal but that was my own fault.

Location was really the only negative thing. I should have done more research prior to booking.

VERY DISAPPOINTING UNPLEASANT STAY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO HUNDREDS OF MOSQUITO BITES

Location to beach

Specifically booked because it had air con. Hosts turned off air con knowing that there was a huge tiger mosquito issue and it was very hot so had to face doors open to keep cool. Contacted hosts via property message and got no replies after numerous chasing. Would not recommend staying here.

It was hard to get a cab to town what I need to do if you want an Uber you need to start 30 mins before your Journey.

Good location

Location was perfect for me: away from the crowds, no annoying people on the beach which is a couple of minutes walk. Also one has an opportunity to be a snob if chooses so by going to a La Cabana private beach. The apartment block was not full, therefore there was no need to fight over sun loungers by the pool. Place is secure with multiple locks/gates, never mind a little confusing. There is garage to keep your hire car safe and sound. The apartment is well equipped, lovely large balcony: with table, chairs, even a coner sofa, plenty of towels.

There was a problem with air conditioning (central air conditioning system for the whole building) which did not work. I wasn't very persistent in communicating with the agent, and a care taker that eventually came was not able to fix it. Sofa bed in the lounge is past its time, bathroom needs a little renewal.

Savršena lokacija ,predivan apartman i celokupan kompleks. Na desetak metara od prelepe plaže. Jako blizu centra Kana. Osiguran parking u garaži kompleksa. Ogromna terasa sa predivnim pogledom na more , udobnom garniturom za sedenje ,stolom za ručavanje. Kompletno opremljen apartman sa svim potrebnim aparatima.

Jedino što mi se nije dopalo je higijena apartmana koju smo zatekli. Iako su vlasnici odmah reagovali na našu žalbu i poslali osobu koja im sprema ,15-minutno spremanje je bilo više nego komično.

Il residence Royal Palm è di ottimo livello, vivendo a Cannes per alcuni periodi l'anno dal 1996, l'ho visto costruire: è curato e le piscine sono un valore aggiunto. L'appartamento preso in affitto per 11 notti dal 28 aprile al 9 maggio u.s. è molto luminoso, silenzioso grazie anche ai vetri insonorizzati, la camera da letto spaziosa, gli armadi capienti, il letto piuttosto comodo, così come il divano letto. L'angolo cottura è adeguatamente attrezzato, gli elettrodomestici di buon livello; ho gradito in particolar modo il forno, che mediamente manca nei residence. Il wifi funziona bene. La posizione è eccellente per vivere la spiaggia; la fermata dell'autobus per il centro è proprio di fronte. Consigliata però un'automobile per la spesa e per eventuali spostamenti notturni e nei dintorni. La vista mare c'è, ma essendo un primo piano è un pò limitata dai pini del giardino, mentre sulla sinistra viene completamente oscurata da un treno solitamente in deposito (durante la nostra permanenza, 10 giorni su 11) ed avendo due genitori anziani al seguito era quindi, più importante... dipende dalle esigenze.

E qui le dolenti note: 1) LA PULIZIA! Scarsa: ho trascorso due giorni a rendere l'appartamento vivibile, soprattutto l'angolo cottura, le stoviglie, il forno, le maioliche schizzate di grasso, le tovaglie per il tavolo (una piegata, addirittura ammuffita e tale è rimasta!); l'interno degli armadi impolverati, i mobili macchiati, per non parlare delle finestre, infine la terrazza: inguardabile. Ho pagato €. 147 per la pulizia finale e mi aspettavo tutt'altro... sicuramente l'ho restituita molto meglio di come mi è stata consegnata. Che peccato! 2) IL TELEVISORE era inutilizzabile, in quanto aveva lo schermo rotto e nessuno ce lo ha comunicato, tanto meno sostituito ed era nell'elenco delle disponibilità. Ripeto, dipende dalle esigenze e può anche non interessare, ma per i miei genitori era importante ed andava evidenziato.

l'emplacement "bord de mer" et la vue, la surface de l'appartement, le parking, le calme (on n'entend pas le train qui passe derrière l'immeuble), la proprété.

le canapé pas confortable du tout en mode lit, la ventilation un peu bruyante, le débit internet faible et la mauvaise réception des 3 réseaux mobiles.

Parfait pour le bord de mer

Proximité immédiate du boulevard de la plage. Résidence de standing. Logement spacieux, lumineux et fonctionnel. Bons équipements.

A plusieurs, avec un seul badge et sans connaissance du digicode, les entrées et sorties doivent être planifiées. Difficile de prendre une douche sans inonder le sol de la salle de bain.
