Visit to Cannes

Great location, loved the area, we had our car with us but uber is reasonable into Cannes or a good walk. Washing machines and dryers avaliable at reasonable cost

Bed was un comfortable and noisy, heating broke down and after four visits to reception when it was staffed before they gave us a plug in heater also I know it's out of season nothing at all open on site. Although site and carpark gated which is great! I was told new gate code would be emailed when changed which it was not and with no one on reception it took a while to find someone to give me the new code.

Spacious, clean and comfortable in a very good, attractive location

The two bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable and was located in an attractive area. We only booked for one night so didn't have much time to explore. However, we did conclude that if we came back for a longer visit, it would be a good, safe base to stay to further explore the region. Convenient, secure onsite free parking (plus a free car park a very short walk away).

Dog friendly, great swimming pool, lovely settings, perfect location, friendly staff, kitchen area well equipped, comfy sofa bed, convenient parking. Value for money :)

Lovely 3 star complex with large pool and lovely restaurant, with excellent location.

The location is amazing and Le Robinson restaurant is very good and they staff are really lovely. Sit next to river and watch the boats pass. Lovely sunsets.

Pool being so large does get cold after rain. For 3 star it is very comfortable with decent aircon and plenty of room. In general all facilities work well and the staff try their best, but don’t expect much more.

Good location-some renovation needed

The location is very good. The pool is clean. The apartments are also cute. There is a restaurant on site which is very good but some nights even during the week the music can be loud. They normally stop before midnight.

The apartments need a bit of a renovation. We also noticed that the dishes in the kitchen weren't 100% clean. Probably, people who stayed before us didn't clean them well, but it was also not dubble checked by the organization. We booked a studio for 4 people(we were with 2), and it was enough for 2 people. I don't think you could stay there comfortably with 4. So keep that in mind.

Good

The rooms were clean. Kitchen was very well equipped for someone who’s going to stay there for a longer period of time but I didn’t not use. Balcony was nice. plenty of space to walk around and the location was good as well if you have a car.

The sofa bed is not that comfortable, however bunk beds were quite comfy. We had to check in late and it took us an additional 30 minutes to figure out where our keys and rooms are.

Amazing apartment! It was super clean, comfy beds, and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pillows, it was not comfortable but would be nice if we had a choice to choose. Also the mosquito is a problem.

The apartment was awfull.no conditions, extremely dirty, no bed linen.there was a smell that made us sick the moment we entered the apartment.we had to book another accomodation because we couldn't stay there.high risk of getting sick from the dirt and the smell ! Worst experience of our lives !!!

The staff was super friendly and happy to help. Location is really good and the surroundings are lovely. The pool is really well maintained.

Unfortunately I don't really recommend this place. The overall impression is that this establishment is trying to squeeze a penny in every way possible, making you feel uncomfortable. It definitely needs maintenance. You can immediately tell it has seen better days. There are so many hidden costs... pay extra for parking, pay extra for cleaning, pay extra for internet (which is unusable even paying the premium) this ends up adding a 40% on top of the price: there are better places for this cost. They won't even provide enough toilet paper or soap... trying to reduce cost even in these things can only make the guests feel disappointed. You are even requested to through out the garbage before you leave, not a big deal but not really pleasant for a holiday. I would say: avoid, go to a place that value the guests comfort.

Good location

The stay was very disappointing. First, there was no attendance at the reception. I had to call several times before someone picks up the phone. The access code for the parking was missing from the enveloppe. The room was pretty bad: first, it was smelly and clearly had not been ventilated in a long time. Worst of all were the bed linen. A nice place to stay in madelieu la napoule

I love the place, it is very beautiful and well secured, specially if you have kids. The appartment is situated just along the river and is not far from the sea. The appartmwnt is co.fortable and very clean. Staff are very accomodating.

L’emplacement est très bien, la résidence est bien entretenue et l’endroit plutôt calme.

Le fait que le restaurant ne soit pas ouvert était dommage, ça aurait été pratique de pouvoir manger sur place quand on ne veut pas faire de cuisine. Il y avait également une odeur un peu désagréable à notre arrivée dans l’appartement.
