For my taste the bed in the hall area was to too tough on my back, an extra mattress top would have helped in order to be more confortable

Great vacation , we would like to stay longer :)

The apartment was nice, clean, completely equipped and very good placed close to the beach. We appreciated that the place was quiet but with very good connection with busy center of the Cannes and port by bus. Bus stop is directly in front of the gate. The owner is very kind and helpful man who left a very positive impression on us.

Well equipped small apartment with sea vew. Perfect for family with 1-2 small kids. Great location. Very nice beach just across the street. Private Parking included. Just outside Cannes (~3km). You can reach the city by car, park at the harbour and explore it on foot.

Grocery stores only accessible by car. For group of 3-4 adults could be bit tight

La proximidad a la playa

El apartamento NO disponía de 2 dormitorios. Había un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio que ocupaba prácticamente la habitación. Por otro lado, en un hueco de un pasillo había una litera, pero NO un dormitorio. La WIFI funcionaba realmente mal. NO entiendo que Booking no compruebe estos detalles y por tanto sea partícipe de la falta de correlación de la oferta con la realidad.

Konumu çok iyidi. Kapıdan çıkınca müthiş bir kum sahili olan denize giriş yapıyorsunuz. Ev çok temizdi. Park yeri çok konforluydu. Çok güvenliydi. Balkon ve deniz sesi çok güzeldi.

İlk kez check in saatinde sorun yaşadık bir seyahatimizde. Kendi kendine check in olmadığı için saat belirtmeniz gerekiyor ve belirttiğiniz saatte evde olmanız gerek. Tatilde olan Çocuklu aileler için çok zor. Check in ve eve giriş çok çok zordu. Adres booking de çok net değil. Ev tam bir mimari harikası. Mimari olarak sevdik ama kullanmak için bizim için çok konforsuzdu. Çok küçük ve otel odası gibi. Ranza kapı girişinde ve tuvalet karşısında. Ev kapalıyken tuvalet kokuyor içerisi. Diğer odada sineklik ve perde olmadığı için camı açık bırakamıyorsunuz ve yatak çok küçük. Çocuklu aileler için konforsuz olabili.

Alles. Slecht bed, oud beddengoed, slechte luchtkwaliteit, overal mieren. Keiharde te kleine bank, stoelen met vieze vlekken, 20cm om uit bed te stappen. Beloofde 2e slaapkamer was een bed in de gang. Installatie zonder bescherming open in de gang. Luchtroosters erg vuil. Geen antislip in douche, spekgladde vloer. Twee oude handdoeken voor een week. Wasmachine in de wc...

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel ! Michel est un hôte extrêmement gentil et serviable, toujours disponible pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien. L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec une vue directe sur la mer à couper le souffle. Tout y est très bien agencé et pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. On y trouve absolument tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable et sans souci. Un véritable havre de paix que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
