    Location was good for getting around, hotel was clean and accommodating with luggage holds upon arrival and also on day of checkout. Twin room was ample for mother and daughter trip. Only downside was view overlooked the lobby and large pillar in room made it a bit difficult to maneuver with luggage. Would probably book King room next time for better view and extra room size.

    I stayed for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room was tidy, and the bed was comfortable and clean. Location-wise, it’s very convenient — just an 11-minute walk from Atocha Station, which made arriving and departing very easy. It’s also close to the Prado Museum and other major attractions, making it a great base for sightseeing. The only downside was the water quality. The shower water looked slightly dirty. I brought my own shower set (showerhead and shower filter), but even the filtered water still appeared dirty. If you are concerned about water quality, I recommend bringing your own shower filter or showerhead.

    Room is clean and break fast was good as well. The toilet and bath room have no locks. No bidget in toilet. No hooks in both toilet and bathroom to hang any cloths. Hotel should pay some attention to these.
