Welcome to our family beach home on a quiet private street in Long Beach Island, where everything you love about LBI is just steps away. Located less than half a block from both the bay and a private beach access point, the house offers the rare combination of convenience, privacy, and space to relax.
Start your mornings with coffee and a short walk to the ocean. Spend the day at the beach, kayaking on the bay, or biking into town for lunch. In the evening, gather on the sunset-facing main deck (brand new for the 2026 season) and watch the sky change colors as the sun sets over the bay. After a day outside, unwind in the hot tub while the kids play ping pong or shoot hoops out front.
Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming space designed for time together. Whether you're sharing meals, playing games, or relaxing after the beach, the layout makes it easy for everyone to connect while still offering quiet spaces to retreat. The home features four comfortable bedrooms, including two upstairs rooms with private decks.
One of the best parts of staying here is the location. Being less than a block from both the bay and the beach means quick access without the crowds, making it ideal for families. You can easily walk back from the beach to grab lunch or drinks.

When the family is not using the house we open it up to a few a handful of families that have rented with us for years. This year we have two peak weeks open and some off season dates. Located in the quieter section of LBI. Quiet block on the bayside, able to swim there and quick walk to the beach. Huge house with extra space.

House was equipped with large amount of beach toys, chairs, bikes, coolers, etc!

This was an excellent house, large, clean, extremely well -stocked with all kinds of things for both adults and young kids to enjoy. The location was excellent , especially if you like a quiet place away from the center of towns. It was basically right across the street from the ocean, one block from bay access and a 5 minute car ride to a nice park/ playground and a nice small bay beach, perfect for little kids. Kevin and Kelly are excellent hosts, very available and extremely generous with allowing use of whatever is at their home.

Online pictures don’t do it justice!! Fantastic location with private beach access. Was there for two weeks with spouse and 2 dogs. Very quiet street and friendly neighbors. Owner was very responsive and accommodations were great. Would absolutely stay again!!!

The property was wonderful and met all of our needs. Our family of 6 adults and 2 Corgis had a great time and a very comfortable stay.
Nerdy close to the beach and bay. Gorgeous sunrises on one side and spectacular sunsets on the other side.
Kevin the owner and his wife are very easy to work with and very accommodating. There are many items available for use, bikes, paddle boards, ping pong, my favorite and the rest of us the hot tub at the bottom of the main deck stairs. A nice surprise was the large outdoor shower which is great to get the sand and salt off before going into the hot tub or just finishing your day before going inside.
The house is well supplied with dishes, beach towels, cookware, etc. large grill on the deck right off of the great room, convenient.
A lot of wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and site and things to do on the island, and a surprise zoo, brewery, winery and distillery not far away in Cape May.
We all had a wonderful comfortable time and look forward to returning again soon.
