The first level of this home offers a bedroom with queen sized bed with flat screen TV, full bathroom with shower, foyer with queen pull-out sofa with brand new comfort mattress and smart TV. A second level features soaring ceilings, quality construction and detailed moldings rarely seen in vacation rentals. There is a fabulous master suite with tray ceilings, California King bed, flat screen TV, huge wall-in closet and doors to a balcony overlooking the ocean. The Mediterranean inspired bathroom features a tiled shower, soaking tub, and bidet.

Open concept dining area comfortably seats 6 while the living area has comfortable options for watching TV, playing games with the family, or napping the afternoon away. These areas are bright and airy with expansive ocean views, cathedral ceilings and a fabulous balcony with even more seating to take in the views. This home's premier and well-equipped kitchen is fully updated with wood cabinetry, an island with seating, large cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops and every small appliance and cookware you would need. A lavette with washer and dryer completes the second floor.

To ensure your stay is perfect in every way, there is central air-conditioning and an outdoor shower. Bring your pup to this dog-friendly property! One dog, up to 35 lbs. is allowed for a $100 pet fee.

During your stay, be sure to explore the Point Judith Lighthouse, take the Block Island Ferry, or hit up George's of Galilee for the definitive clam cakes and chowder. Please note during that this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. A linen package is included with the rental, this included commercially laundered linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included, tenants will need to bring their own.
