About this house rental
The Contemporary Beach House is just a half-mile walk from the beach. It features Cathedral Ceilings and lots of natural light in the living and dining rooms. Its fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils.
The beach house is a split-level home with four bedrooms and two full baths. Three bedrooms are upstairs, and one full bath has a tub. One bedroom downstairs has an adjacent bathroom.
The living room has comfortable seating, a 55" flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. A sliding glass door opens to a large deck with patio seating overlooking a plush backyard with a gas grill and an outside shower. The vacation rental also includes a washer and dryer.
Right across the street from the Beach House is a playground, tennis & basketball courts, perfect for families. A short distance to restaurants, shopping at Stop and Shop and Narragansett Pier Town Center, and dining at the Coast Guard House. Minutes to all Narragansett beaches. A bike trail is located near the Narragansett Town Beach.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Good places to eat nearby. Close to the Block Island ferry and can drive to Newport easily for the day. Playground and tennis courts across the street is a plus.

The location was excellent and the property manager was very helpful. The property itself should have been cleaner. It did appear to be more in line with college student rentals.
