Location is great, for walking. Size is brilliant for a family with pets, good value for price paid.
Property needs a real deep clean throughout, and new fridge/freezer the fridge didn’t seal to keep food cold, seals mould is a high risk. Some general maintenance in areas to be addressed. Property upstairs movements and tv very audible from the bedrooms. Things that could be resolved

The mattress in the double bed room was very soft and difficult to sleep on- kept rolling into the centre
