Great location and lovely views. Apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable. Well equipped.

The road outside is quite busy and you have to be careful approaching the flat as the parking space is literally just off the road

Everything provided for. Really helpful owner. Clean and tidy. Beautiful scenery. Cosy. Parking space right outside the door!

No smart TV as advertised, no streaming service as advertised, no kids DVDs as advertised. To be fair, the owner immediately tried to rectify this problem but unfortunately nothing could be done in time. Hopefully they get this sorted because this happened last time we stayed too. The last time we stayed they left little sweets on each of the beds which was a lovely touch, but it was sadly missing this time. It's not a deal-breaker though lol Pillows could do with being replaced as they are old and either big and solid or squished flat.

Central to visiting , hiking, cycling and historical towns

Very central to use as a hub and had everything we needed

Lovely stay, spotlessly clean and cosy.

Spotlessly clean, bedding lovely and beds very comfortable. Kitchen had most things you’d need. Heating was great, really warmed the rooms quickly. Good base for exploring the Afan Valley.

It would be nice to have a small table and chairs, even a fold out one. Also a folder with some ideas for walking trails and nice cafes, and laminate with WiFi info and other info on, but they’re just suggestions.

Lovely place. Home away from home. 2nd bedroom lighting - not good. Cupboard blocking light. Other than that clean bedding, clean property. Safe and secure parking.

Tea/Coffee/Sugar holders not clean. Rooms were cold - heaters not working.

Exceptional

The Nook is a beautiful place to stay. Perfect size for me. The views were breathtaking and the location is perfect. You do need to drive though as everything is 30 mins away atleast. I will definitely be coming back was sad to leave here x

I loved it all I think it needed a dining table as the property sleeps 5 and the breakfast bar had 2, chairs only.

spotlessly clean, every had been thought of, well equipped, comfortable and gem of a hideaway . the cleaners were so lovely , they found my daughter’s purse and let me know. amazing

It was very clean and in a good position to access walks in the forest or cycle rides

As it is next to a main road there is traffic noise at night especially as it was warm and the bedroom window needed to be open
