Beautiful building and surroundings, huge apartment. Young lad at the bar area was very pleasant and welcoming.
Beautiful freestanding bath but tried twice and there wasn’t enough hot water generated to fill it, so it was completely pointless and disappointing. Could do with providing a tea towel, dish soap/dishwasher tabs. WiFi was terrible, lighting over toilet area was very dim. We also didn’t really enjoy the food.

The apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly, The location was excellent.
There was no mirror in our bedroom.

Check in was straight forward, we thought we were going to arrive after the reception closed however we were provided all the information we needed.
The apartment is a great size with large rooms and all you need for a stay. The river walk to Dunkeld village is lovely and the village itself is nice with lots of little shops and a couple of restaurants, the village it is a little high scale price wise.
We were caught in storm Dave and were wet and cold when we returned to the apartment and the heating worked great, dried our walking shoes as well.
We walked to pine cone point from the Hermitage which was a lovely walk. The apartment is in a great spot for exploring the area and the many walks and also for popping into Perth.
Coat hooks in the hall would have worked well. The WiFi was very weak and a couple of nights we wanted to chill it meant the TV was spotty. A larger shower tray would work well also. It is a massive bathroom with a small shower. Helping my little boy with a shower meant having the door to the shower open and making the floor wet. There is a bath however my kids prefer a shower.
When the music is on in the bar you can hear it in the apartment, we didn’t really mind and it stopped at 10:30, you couldn’t hear it in the kids room and it was quiet when we headed to bed

No mirrors or drawers in the bedroom
No wee table to put a cup next to you’re chair
Sofa is tired
Chairs would be more comfortable in kitchen
