Can't rate the Stewart apartment high enough. Absolute exceptional quality. We were surprised to be greeted with a Christmas tree, in the living room, this was such a great thought, and our youngest Lad loved it. Thank you. Staff perfect in all ways, bar/restaurant and facilities get top marks too. The warmth of the swimming pool on a cold December evening was an absolute delight to be in. As a family, we'd 100% return to Erigmore without doubt. Thank you all, hope all staff have a wonderful New year ❤️🍾

Loved everything about this place.

Excellent stay. The place was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. No complaints at all. The place was also IMMACULATE!! So who ever cleans the place, well done, you do a fantastic job.

Good value for money

The apartment was very large and spacious and well fitted out - the bar and pool was a bonus.

Only disappointment was when we arrived we were locked out of reception due to a staff meeting so we had to wait 25 minutes tovget our keys in the drizzle and dark- not what we wanted after a long drive.

No basic amenities such as soap to wash hands.

There was no basic facilities including soap to wash your hands for the toilet. Additionally there was no shampoo or shower gel provided. As a minimum I'd expect soap to wash hands. The apartment was outdated and smelly, particularly the carpet was old and had a musky smell to it, making the whole apartment smell

Very clean, polite staff, good facilities on site... beds terribly uncomfortable!

Location was good - easy access into Dunkeld and further afield to Pitlochry. Easy to find and to navigate the site.

The beds were really uncomfortable for the kids and ourselves. You didn't look forward to going to bed because of it - sore backs and necks for the adults as a result and a poor night sleep.

Location and facilities were 1st Class and excellent value for money, beautiful part of Scotland and set within the grounds of a caravan park which was beautiful and would highly recommend, would love to visit again, we loved swimming and plenty of walks to nearby village off Birnham and Dunkeld

Nothing we didn't like, would maybe just suggest another mirror in the bedroom and shelf for toiletries in the shower but apart from that absolutely nothing we didn't like, exactly like the pictures on Booking.com

Fabulous time in Birnam

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely decoration. Kitchen very well appointed. A lovely apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a leisure centre with pool, which we didn't have time to use. There was an 80s Karaoke on Saturday evening so great entertainment in the bar! The surroundings are stunning, beautiful walks along the river.

Trying to get out! There were signposts everywhere but the main exit! Had to reverse up a few steep hills. Also, the restaurant had stopped doing breakfasts for the season, fair enough. Although the apartment was self catering we didn't bring food with us so we ended up spending more time in beautiful Dunkeld. Birnam does not have many eating places from October onwards. Now I know, and will be prepared next visit. I'd definitely return to the Stewart Apartment and am planning next year's stay for Birnam Book Festival!

Our stay could not have been better.

The Stewart Apartments were extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable for us (we like a firm mattress) and seating area/TV room just the right size. Because the walls are so thick, we couldn't hear any noise from outside or from the adjacent apartment. The setting for this place is stunning and we would love to return to explore a little more

Amazing apartment with stunning grounds. Staff were brilliant

The apartment and grounds were beautiful Our apartment was spotless and we thought it was so inviting. We attended for my parents 40th wedding anniversary We took a walk into town and it was stunning around the apartment. Our host & her wife (the chef) were so lovely & friendly and you can tell how much the host has passion for her job. You would think the property was her own personal property the passion she had for it. A massive plus for this employer. Keep a hold of this one. Our son/ my husband used the swimming facility and enjoyed We did witness a rather unpleasant guest and the way she handled this; didn’t although it to then affect the next clients enquiry and then again moved on to us showed her resilience.

This is for the owner/ employer not the staff as they honestly are your best asset. (I’m Writing this retrospectively and unfortunately have forgotten our hosts name) however she had too many responsibilities in my opinion. She checked us in working reception, later she was behind the bar, later again she was cleaning rooms. Next day on breakfast, then bar, then reception. For me, it’s it would sit better to enable her and another member of staff to split these roles rather than spread her so thinly. That way more attention can be placed in specific areas. Food - our food was beautiful. My only complaint was I had chicken sweet and sour and it was chicken nuggets in sauce. Not ideal and wouldn’t order again. Nothing wrong with the meal overall and my family loved theres. Separate room - could do with a little more time Spent in here waitress wise, checking on diners & refill of drinks. The girl we had was lovely and friendly and had only started the day before hopefully this resolves.

Good

The location was great for accessing Dunkeld. Lots of parking so no issues with finding a space for our car. Reception were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and in good condition.

Unfortunately the main events in the foyer below were heard in our apartment so the Karaoke that was on until midnight was heard in the bedrooms. Fortunately for us we were having a late night anyway but may be more bothersome for others
