The staff is amazing and the room was verry clean.

The location is more for business than turistic.

Location, most of the staff were very good & helpful, lovely breakfast, excellent parking facilities,

A few minor items in the room needed attention. No toothbrush holder or glasses in the bathroom. The lighting in our suite was bad & needs to be improved.

the breakfast was excellent, the location was only 15 minutes from the touristic area and old town bazaar

1. Poor quality of pillows 2. The weather was very cold outside so we had to close the windows. The aircon could not be programmed to cool, only hot, so stifling at night 3. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7.00, at at our departure at 7.30, still was not operational, so missed it Breakfast was included, but expresso and Turkish coffee was charged separately, and we were not informed until we received the bill on check-out. 4.Most of the staff are not speak or even understand English, except one lady at reception who was very helpful. 5. The quality of the room was nothing like how it appeared on the pictures on the website 6. No glass or plastic cups in the bathroom for washing teeth and holding toothpaste and toothbrushes. All things that if properly attended to would result in a better experience for visitors.
