Grand Millennium Konya

Overall, I was satisfied. The rooms are sufficiently large. The bed is very big and comfortable. The bathroom and shower are excellent. The "Irish Pub" at the hotel entrance was very nice. Everyone at the reception was very kind and friendly.

The location of the room is quite poor; after getting off the elevator, you have to pass through an intermediate door and walk along a completely dark corridor—where the meeting rooms are located—to reach your room. BREAKFAST: There is a very wide variety. Upon check-in, I was told that breakfast begins at 06:30, so I requested a taxi for 07:00. When I arrived at the breakfast hall at 06:40, the lights were off, the tea wasn't ready, and they hadn't even turned on the coffee machine. I had to call a staff member to get things started. By 06:50, the food had been laid out, but the serving spoons and tongs hadn't even been placed yet. In short, I had to leave without having anything to drink, managing only to grab a few dry breakfast items. (If you claim that breakfast starts at 06:30, everything should be fully prepared and ready for service; the staff shouldn't be walking in at the same time as the guests at 06:30.)

The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious also. Shower and bath units. Breakfast was lovely and a fair variety. Lots of parking spaces The location was good for us because we hired a car. Otherwise it is far from the main centre and Mevlana museum.

The room service. The rooms were not cleaned regularly. Even after asking. Maybe due to language. The temperature to too high and we couldn’t reduce it, which meant we had to wait for the technician which meant we were roasting for a night and next day. But it was dealt with quite efficiently

Was good

The property had great facilities (most seemed shut as I stayed outside peak season). Would be a great location for conferences. Staff we encountered were all very friendly and willing to assist. The room was a good size and bathroom was great with very hot water.

The Air-conditioning would not cool. Despite setting the temperature to 20 Celsius, the AC never went below 28. My sleep was disturbed by being too hot.
