Nice breakfast with good location, there is a overhead bridge with elevator at Eyup Sultan Tramway station. Walk 5 mins to hotel.

Inconvenient to go KONYA CITY CENTRE. The 2 female staff who attended to us during check in and check out was rude and unprofessional. We know English is a barrier to them but they are not helpful when we try to use phones translate. During check in we have a problem with her about payment matter until get hold back nearly an hour. My son who was vomitting during the journey had to control his bowel cause no toilet was available at the Lobby. The best part of our stay is the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff in the breakfast room. At night we had great dinner situated behind the hotel called CIGERCI FATIH RESTAURANT and bought delicious bread beside the restaurant. There is also BIZIM TOPTAN MARKET (super market)
