    A great one-night stay in the Queen Family Room with Sofa Bed — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained facilities. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for a couple's trip to Konya.

    Hotel location is great - however, we faced two issues - 1) our room AC was not working for almost a day and after calling the reception multiple times it was finally resolved 2) whatever information was given while booking on Agoda was not catered at all. We asked for king size bed but room had queen size bed, plus it was a connecting room to next door so people living in other room kept opening the middle connecting door which was not a pleasant feeling. Also, I marked room for some honeymoon feel but it was just ignored I believe.

    Check in was quick and the front desk staff was nice. I ate in the restaurant, the employees who work there are quite attentive and lovely. The gym is tiny and the hallway going to my room is dark and kind dumpy. The room was basic- it's not a 5 star hotel, more along the lines of 3. Could hear outside traffic-- windows weren't sound proof- I requested a quiet room. I don't even think they looked to be honest. Nice, big lobby w/plenty of seating, but it could be cleaner. With other options, would stay elsewhere next time.
