Location, friendly warm and welcoming reception (we found the security process tremendously friendly and we understood the desire to make the place more secure than our home in the Cotswolds). Tanja was so good, she gave us a daily area update and was available and responsive if we needed her but her attitude was that we should enjoy the house and holiday. A great stay and we’re planning to return.
We thought air con might be an issue but there was an amazing fan which was more than adequate.

The quiet location on the water near to restaurants & bars . The terraces were lovely places to relax & BBQ area was also appreciated.
There was a bit of paperwork to do re biometrics for security entry /exit which was unusual to us but it worked fine once in place & it was nice not to have bars on windows etc
