Nice two bed apartment in newly constructed 2 storey block. Well located only 200 m from Waterfront area .

The apartment is well furnished including a dishwasher, washing machine, bath, shower, and rooftop pool. Bed was comfy enough and shower was nice. The place was neat and clean. They offer little soaps and shampoos which is always a nice touch.
The check-in process requires you to complete a virtual form including a selfie with your ID. I travel a lot and found this very unusual. I believe they use an AI communication platform.
The apartment and parking is extremely compact, not spacious at all as the name suggests. Both parking bays are not fully undercover. This is very clearly a new development with not a lot of tenants yet.
Main bedroom and balcony borders a primary school so can be a bit noisy at times. No air conditioning for those humid days but the fan helped.
The blanketed interior of the lift was strange and unnerving. I opted to carry all my luggage including 15 litres of water up 4 flights of stairs. But hey, the option is there.
