location was close to shops and restaurants
fire place was closed up ............but there were enough heaters to keep the rooms warm

Very quiet location, but a few minutes walk from bars shops and restaurants. The deck looking over the water was perfect for evening drinks and morning coffee. Everything in the property was clean and fresh. The private garage opposite was an unexpected bonus. Carla could not have been more helpful with instructions for entry and advice on where to have dinner.
I cannot really fault the property although had the weather been much warmer air conditioning would have been good. Fans are provided but just opening the windows was enough for us to have a comfortable night without any disturbance from noise
