Tracy was a great host - excellent communication and very helpful with any request. The house is really lovely with direct access to the water from the jetty, easy parking with space for a trailer under cover and a very short walk across to the restaurants and coffee shops too. Double kayak was a win.

The location was excellent and the house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were running late but Tracy was very accommodating and met us at the entrance to guide us to Avocet Nest.
There was nothing to complain about.

Loved the location ... ideal for walking into Knysna or Thesen.
Had a problem with a hairdryer which wasn't working properly ... but the lovely and helpful staff at Seeff quickly got a replacement hairdryer ... much appreciated !
The pillows on the beds - need replaced and are too soft and it feels like the stuffing has separated inside the covers... a second bath towel per person in the bathrooms would also be appreciated

Quiet safe location.
Close to where I was working
Thank heavens for mobile fan in one room. Other bedrooms need one too, for hot summer nights and mosquitoes.
Bedding smelled like body odour. Duvet inner and mattress-protector and sheets pillow-cases should be washed twice in 60* and hung in the fresh air. Throw pillows away, buy new. Maybe mattress is old and smells too? On very hot summer nights, would be nice to have a sheet, not a hot duvet.
