Haus und Garten sind sehr geräumig. Lage ist ruhig und safe. Pool ist auch toll.
Schöne Einrichtung.
Haus war nicht sehr sauber; Ameisen und Ungeziefer. Grill war neu, aber leider ohne Grillzubehör. Eingangstüren sind schwer zu öffnen und zu schliessen.
Die Putzfee kam mit grossem Hunger, aber leider ohne Putzmittel, obwohl diese uns zugesichert waren von der Agency. Das positive war, dass sie einen sauberen Staubsauger mitgenommen hat.
Mangelnde Instruktion, betreffend Abfallentsorgung, Recycling und Alarmanlage (für die Nacht).
Da schwierige Wassersituation in Knysna, sind wir sehr sparsam mit dem Wasser umgegangen.

House is close to places in Knysa . The house was spacious.
Could use aircon in the bedroom at night in hot summer . The top stairway rail feels not secure to hold.
