The apartment was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and smooth. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. One of the bathroom showers was blocked, so we could only use one bathroom. Also, keep in mind that the water can appear yellow. I was initially quite shocked by this, but I was assured that it is normal in Knysna. The apartment is located next to a primary school, so there can be some noise in the morning. If you’re planning to wake up early, this shouldn’t be much of an issue. Overall, a good stay with a convenient location.

It was situated near to the Waterfront.

The floors in the apartment was very sandy upon arrival. There was no clean water being circulated in the pool. There was a stench in the first bedroom especially at night. The apartment was quite small in comparison to what was being advertised. Before payment was made there was a discount being advertised for our stay. When payment had to be made there was a cleaning service fee of R450 which was not optional. We paid the fee without receiving the cleaning service and ended up paying the original cost for our stay without the discount that was advertised which was very disappointing to say the least.
