Almost everything we needed was available

The lighting throughout the house needs some improvement. Bit too dark . Showers need a proper steam clean

The place was way more than we expected. The pictures matched the property. It is the perfect place to have a great break at. It’s open planning, beautiful chill areas both inside and outside the house are perfect for a holiday

That we had to leave

Beautifully decorated and spacious.

Mattrasses were quite firm, would have prefered a more comfortable mattrass.

Big, spacious. Had all the amenities you wanted. Daily domestic helper, huge plus. She was friendly and very helpful. The water feature at the pool, creates that serene spa feel after a busy day/early mornings.

The doors needs to be fixed. Most don’t open. It indicated on the website that there is alternative energy but that is not the case. The note is even on the main power box. A generator is needed when load shedding is the order of the day. Consider wi-fi , especially if it’s a family unit. Kids get frustrated and also for VOI calls since the network coverage is poor. Safety reasons Access to the garages for parking was restricted. Access to the Zebula Sports centre need to be centralised. It was confusing when we had to pay daily because the house we booked is not leased by Zebula. Rather include it in the rates that expect clients to be negotiating that on a daily basis. The mosquitoes are rife. We are in nature understandable. But warn clients or have some turn down service where the helper can come spray repellants. Or so we know how much of them to bring. We had a bay in our room. We didn’t expect that. In nature I guess things are predictable. Thanks for coming out to check it out. But there were constant flapping movements in that room that we just ended up using them. In future maybe consider mesh burglar proofs to keep such/mosquitos and monkeys out.
