I loved the fact that it has all utensils and cutlery that you would need and its beautiful inside with a private pool

I liked the entire house .Very beautiful and well kept .

I think the host can I.prove by having the pool cleaned a day before arrival and just double check if everything is still fine.We ran out of gas to cook which was disappointing as we only made breakfast with the stove .so perhaps regular checking to see if everything ready and filled to capacity to avoid such would help. The toilet in the main bedroom also had a bit of an issue and couldn't flush .please have it checked out.

The house is located in a game reserve and the animals come right up the deck which is fantastic.

The house needs a bit of TLC and electricity issues seem to be a recurring problem at the property. When we arrived there were issues with the majority of the lights in the house and a contractor had to come through and sort it out which disrupted our Friday evening. Additionally cleaning services are supposedly included in the fee however no-one came on the Saturday. Another issue I had was in relation to my damage deposit which was only refunded to be three weeks after we departed, and only after I followed up. There was no apology or explanation for the delay.
