There was no fault with the room or facilities but the host was not welcoming and there was no such vibe at the place that made us feel welcomed.

Everything about the apartment was outstanding. The place is out of this world gorgeous. Extremely beautiful and well appointed. The hosts are super warm and welcoming with superb communication and excellent suggestions. The village itself is very pretty and offers a lot of scope for activities.

A truly heavenly place !

The property exceeded all our expectations! The host greeted us upon arrival and explained everything clearly. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need , it truly had a soul. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t there, every detail was carefully thought in advance. It felt so comfortable and welcoming. Words can’t describe how happy we are that we chose to stay here!!! The property is just a few minutes away from Hallstatt, surrounded by beautiful mountains in a peaceful setting. It’s quiet, relaxing, and very pleasant. Having a car is probably the best option to reach it easily.

Sitting in the balcony and enjoying the scenery. It was breathtaking! It was so quiet and peaceful. Trevor was very helpful when we needed advice on our travel to the grocery store & to another town and was always willing to answer our questions.

The property was very small but we made it work. The scenery made us forget the fact that we were in a tight space.

Peaceful and beautiful 🍃

Location was perfect for us. Secluded and surrounded by beauty. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. We rented bikes and bikes to Hallstatt. Also walked to a couple of nearby trails. The apartment was very nice and cozy. They had everything you needed as far as appliances. Tip: there is not much there and most everything closes at 12. We arrived around 6pm and there was nothing open. We had no food. So either go shopping at a different town or arrive earlier. The owners did have a little food snack place where you can buy little snacks so that’s what we did for our first night. Grocery store opens at 7:30-6pm. There is also a nearby bakery, past the grocery store (on the right) that was wonderful, but it closes at 12. We will be returning to this slice of heaven for sure. The scenery was unreal!

Wasn’t much to not like. We couldn’t figure out the A/C so sometimes it was hot. For it being mid September, the weather was warm and sunny. Bring light, long sleeve clothing and some T-shirts. Mosquitos were our biggest problem.

Top No 1 accommodation in Hallstatt

Very friendly owner and amazing facilities they provide including fruits, functional kitchen, netflix and other streaming, slippers, ironboard, games, food to purchase, etc etc. Thoughtfully designed property for a comfortable stay in hallstatt. Trevor (host) is amazing. Arrive early to make use of the facilities.

Gorgeous Property

Gorgeous property! it has raised the bar for our other stays. The apartment was made in a way to pamper you and the views simply stole the show !! The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the location is. The host was very good to talk to. I wish I could spend more time .

Exceptional

It was an amazing stay in Landhaus Osborne. Highly recommend it if you want cosy and feel at home stay. There is everything you need in the apartment nr 2 and even the local shop is closed when you come in Obertraun, you can buy some food right in the place. You'll get slippers, as floor might get cold and you get bathrobe to wear after shower. There is a wee balcony with gorgeous views and on summer it is possible to use barbeque area and seat in the new built summerhouse. A beautiful location, friendly host and soft bed. We are thinking to go back when it is season and all trails are opened and there is no forestworks around.

Only thing what was wrong - we came in April, when mountains are closed for hiking. Although in season, which starts in the middle of May, everything will be perfect 😄

Fantastic place within easy reach of Hallstatt and surrounding areas

The whole place was very well kept, the room contained everything you would need during a stay, great views (weather permitting), the fridges downstairs allowing you to purchase some food and drink via an honesty box is a fantastic idea - everything from noodles to tins of chilli, crisps, water, fizzy pop, beer and wine!!

I loved that the night tables had USB plugs built in. I also loved that they had shampoo and body wash dispensers. The bed was super comfortable and not hard at all.

Overnight in Obertraun

The apartment was absolutely too cute! There were many thoughtful touches, including the charge stations on each side of the bed, the drink dispenser in the hallway & provided house shoes. Unfortunately it rained during our visit so we couldn't take advantage of the gorgeous outdoor area

My boyfriend was horrified by the gorgeous floral bedroom. I adored it 🤣🤣🤣

A Home away from Home

The Location was great, the view of the Mountain outside, kitchenwares function well, and the Host Trevor was so nice and approachable. He gave us Infos about the Touristspots, where to go biking, to hike, etc. He even gave us coupons. I hope we can come back in Winter. 😊👍

Only the Airconditioner. (because we went there during Summer) It is a bit noisy, and you must throw the water from it every 4 hours.

Calme,confort et décor originalement sympathique

Petit appartement complet à la déco originale,avec même de l'humour (lampe lapin,trompes l'oeil)et très cosy. Calme parfait dans ce chalet à la campagne,loin de la foule de Halstatt,en étant proche quand même de la ville et autres lieux à visiter. Bon conseil de restaurant à 1 km. Un grand choix de boissons et nourriture de dépannage dans les parties communes à prix d'ami.

Salle de bain miniature .La cuisine est un peu trop pleine de toutes sortes de choses pas indispensables Il faudrait libérer de l'espace. Juste 2 petits détails dans un séjour parfait
