Clean room, Full Kitchen, Two Bathroom, Only downside is when you are taking shower, you need to wait for 5 to 10 minutes between person else you will get cold water. The AC remove were in/op so we used one AC remote for all the room, I think this can easily be fixed.

The location was excellent close to lots of stuff. The apartment layout was excellent. Decor was minimal and that followed through in a few areas - not many towels, hot water ran out, missing bath mat, living room seating for three only. The living room sofa had a big stain. The Previous reviews had mentioned noise at night. New windows in the front had helped a lot and the noise was not a big problem in the front bedroom. In the back bedroom, there was still a lot of noise from the disco in the next street over. It went from Midnight to 6 AM.Maintenance seemed to be low. I fixed the dryer to make it work. However we did call in a problem with the toaster and one shower and they were both addressed quickly.
