Located within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. The spacious floor plan has a beautiful open concept kitchen and living room, a deck to enjoy watching the sunset on the Pacific Ocean, a private two-car garage, and a great outdoor space to enjoy time outside entertaining, this town-home is family-friendly! The living room has comfortable, oversize furniture with HDTV and cable TV. There is also free WiFi included. You'll even have beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards available.
